Neil Rome
Neil spent years working on the North Slope Oil Field in Alaska — one of the most demanding construction environments on Earth. In temperatures dropping to -60°F, with zero margin for error, Neil learned that quality craftsmanship isn't optional — it's survival.
Six years ago, Neil traded the Arctic for the high desert and moved to Central Oregon. Today, he brings that same uncompromising work ethic to every home he touches — from fixing a leaky faucet to building wheelchair ramps and performing complete aging-in-place modifications.

Joy is the heart of our office operations, based in Redmond, Oregon. She handles everything from scheduling and customer communication to bids, proposals, and bookkeeping — making sure every project runs smoothly from the first phone call to the final walkthrough.
